Loneliness and isolation can be difficult at any time, but now we are in the third lockdown, this has escalated for many people. Sometimes it can seem daunting to talk to family or friends about these feelings, as you may worry about burdening them with your troubles. Counselling can offer a positive way to ‘unload’ and explore any thoughts or feelings that may have been triggered by the restrictions of the lockdown. Maybe you are working from home and not leaving the house…the pressures on parents to home school and keep everyone happy? Not being able to visit loved ones or friends to break up the days…I’m here to listen and help you to work through your feelings at your own pace.
